Warranty

Coverage:
We provide a limited warranty for all curtains purchased from our website. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, or alterations made to the curtains after purchase. It also does not cover normal wear and tear.

Claims Process:
To file a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect. Claims should be submitted within 7 days of discovering the defect.

Shipping Fees:
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return defective curtains to us for inspection. Please note: there may be customs duties, taxes, or other fees associated with shipping defective curtains.

Limitation of Liability:
Our liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing defective curtains. We do not accept any responsibility for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

Applicable Law:
This warranty policy is subject to local legal jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or enforcement of this policy shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of local arbitration institutions.
