【Return and Refund Policy】 Customized Product Return Policy: Customized products, unless damaged or defective, cannot be accepted for return. We are committed to ensuring that you receive flawless products. Return Request Period: Please submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order and return the item(s) to us within this period. Return Authorization Process: To better assist you, all returns require prior authorization. Please email us with your order number and photos of the product defects, and our customer service team will provide support promptly. Refund Processing: Upon inspection and confirmation of defects by our team, we will issue a full refund within 7 days. Shipping Responsibility: If the return is due to consumer reasons, the consumer is responsible for shipping costs. If the return is due to our fault, the consumer will not be responsible for shipping costs. Item Condition Requirement: To ensure the item can be resold, please ensure it is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Also, include all original marketing materials and accessories. Non-Refundable Items: Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We cannot cover expenses incurred from international returns. Common Reasons for Non-Acceptance of Returns: Size Discrepancy: Please use a metal measuring tape to avoid measurement errors. If size issues arise due to our error, we will cover all remake and shipping costs. Color Discrepancy: Due to differences in displays, lighting, and batch colors, the actual color of the product may differ slightly from the picture. Fabric Discrepancy: The fabric shown in product images may differ slightly from reality. It is recommended to order fabric samples before placing an order to ensure color and fabric meet your expectations. Craftsmanship Discrepancy: The design features of curtains may have some differences between the picture and the actual product.
